Where does Whisklo ship to?
Currently, we ship across the United States, with plans to expand soon. Each order is carefully handled and shipped from our partner facilities to ensure the best possible delivery experience.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the product, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days (or less). We’ll always provide tracking updates so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, to make checkout fast, safe, and convenient.
What if my product arrives damaged or I want to return it?
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace or refund it immediately.
If you simply changed your mind, you can return it as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, and within our return window. Our goal is simple: your satisfaction and your pet’s happiness.
